The baton is passed on
With its "Radiology as a Service" business model, medneo is the market leader in the radiological "sharing and co-working" segment - in Germany as well as in other European countries. With now almost 40 diagnostic platforms in 3 countries, we create flexible access to state-of-the-art imaging for doctors, hospitals, and research institutions. And medneo continues to grow pan-European - with further diagnostic platforms and a strong focus on digital products and services.
medneo would like to sincerely thank its two co-founders and managing directors Matthias Issing and André Glardon for a decade of passionate, dedicated, and successful building of the company. Both have decided to hand over the management of Germany and Switzerland to an experienced management team consisting of Daniel Hefel and Sabine Bankel - two long-time partners with extensive knowledge of the healthcare market and a passionate customer focus. Matthias Issing and André Glardon will remain with the company as advisors in a non-executive role and as shareholders in the long term to accompany the further steep and successful expansion course. Matthias Issing and André Glardon will also devote themselves to new entrepreneurial activities in addition to their non-executive role for medneo.
Nicolas Weber, also Co-Founder, will continue to lead the medneo Group as CEO in the long term. Michael Karb will support him as an additional managing director in medneo GmbH.
"This decision was truly not easy for us according to the two co-founders - but we are convinced that medneo is very well positioned to continue its growth story: We have a unique offering, very high customer satisfaction, have successfully expanded into other countries and have a super strong team. All this makes it much easier for us to move into our new role. medneo has great potential to improve diagnostic imaging worldwide through service, process and technology innovation and we will continue to contribute in our new role and remain part of the medneo family!"
